About us
Wille Poniatowskiego is not our first address. In 2025 we completed our first semi-detached house under the DRB name. Not visualisations, but two finished homes where everyday life is already underway.
Before we built for others, we built for ourselves. The founder of DRB still lives in one half of such a semi-detached house and sold the other to a family who settled right next door. There is no more honest proof of quality than living in a house you built yourself.
That is why the comfort you usually never notice — heat-recovery ventilation, underfloor heating and carefully considered finishes — is not a promise from a brochure here, but the everyday we know from our own home.

The development is taking shape in Michałowice-Wieś, in the Michałowice municipality (Pruszków county, Mazovia province), around 13 km from the centre of Warsaw. It is a green, low-density neighbourhood bordering Reguły, Komorów and Nowa Wieś.
How far is it to Warsaw and Chopin Airport?
The centre of Warsaw is 13 km away and Chopin Airport around 9 km. By car, outside peak hours, the drive along the S8 expressway takes about 20 minutes; allow more time during the morning and evening rush. A traffic-independent alternative is the WKD suburban railway, with a stop in Michałowice.

Yes — and we will help you through it. Many of our international enquiries come from companies housing relocating staff and from executives on multi-year assignments, so these formalities are familiar to us. Citizens of the EU and the European Economic Area (EEA) buy freely, on the same terms as Polish nationals. Because Wille Poniatowskiego is a house with its own plot of land, a buyer from outside the EU/EEA — which since Brexit includes UK citizens — may need a permit from the Ministry of the Interior and Administration (MSWiA); several exemptions apply, for example after five years' residence on a permanent-residence permit. Similar rules apply to a purchase through a company. The procedure is predictable and we guide you at every step — and for your specific case we recommend confirming the details with a lawyer.
When does the sale start and what will the prices be?

Can I arrange a presentation of the development?
Yes. The Wille Poniatowskiego houses are still under construction, so rather than a finished home we present the project in detail — floor plans, visualisations and the full specification — and answer every question. On request we can also arrange a viewing of a completed DRB semi-detached home built to the same standard. Presentations are held by prior arrangement, individually, at a time that suits you.
